Over the years, the Company has played a catalytic role in fostering private sector investment and supporting economic development in Sri Lanka.
Listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange since 1995, Lanka Ventures PLC now operates under the HNB Group, reflecting a strong and stable institutional foundation.
Over the past three decades, the Company has invested across a diverse range of sectors within the Sri Lankan economy. In recent years, LVL has sharpened its strategic focus on the energy sector, prioritizing sustainable, scalable, and long-term value creation. In 2006, the Company established LVL Energy Fund PLC as a dedicated platform to drive and consolidate its energy sector investments.
